The New England Division, as it is known today, was formed from the Atlantic Division. At that time, the Atlantic Division Manager was C.A. Service (no call found), with Guy Entwistle (no call found) serving as the Assistant Division Manager until June 1920, when Entwistle became the New England Division Manager.
